A quote that couldn’t be truer.

Meet Tina, a Certified Reflexologist, Yoga Instructor and  Holistic Health Mentor. She is the founder of the Amity Wellness Center, Greater Connections Yoga and the Veteran Vitality Project in Oakland, Maryland. Read more about Tina below.

     La Mia Vita!

Hi, I'm Tina and I am grateful you are here! Before entering the Holistic Wellness journey, I gained valuable wisdom and experience working amongst people in the following areas: County Government, Retail Business, Child and Parent Caregiving, Wildtree Herbs Consulting, and in the Non-Profit sector. This experience has taught me a lesson or two about the affects of stress, unhealthy lifestyles and the mind madness that is prevalent in many people who tend to folow the status quo.  These personal interactions are considered lessions, and I refer to them as my "street smarts".
Whether I am guiding a yoga class, wellness workshop, R&R Retreat, or an Individual Reflexology Treatment,  knowledge and experience are combined with my compassion and intuitive common sense. I try to find the best remedy and/or solution for each individual.
Please reach out by connecting by phone, text or e-mail. Sending Wellness Blessings and thank you for connecting!
